The home is private and there are no shared space. Guests will have exclusive use of the property and the pool.

The private swimming pool is serviced twice per week and the yard is maintained twice per month.

Any type of vehicle can easily arrive to the property. No need for a 4x4 vehicle.

This fantastic 3-bedroom home is wonderfully located in Uvita, set up and back from a river, and at the end of a street. Villa Eco del Rio is gated.

Each of the three large bedrooms has air conditioning.

The Owner's Suite is large with a beautiful designed en-suite bathroom.

Guests love the open floor plan, the high ceilings, the covered backyard patio and the private swimming pool.
