No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.

Pest Control: While we take proactive steps to maintain both the interior and exterior of the home with regular pest control, please note that occasional encounters with local wildlife and insects such as ants, centipedes, snakes, mosquitoes, mice, and cockroaches are possible. To help prevent this, we recommend keeping doors closed at all times.

Outdoor Maintenance: The home’s exterior and pool are regularly cleaned and well-maintained. However, due to the surrounding trees and plants, the outdoor area may still have fallen leaves and debris, even with routine cleaning. We appreciate your understanding of this natural feature of the property.

Pool: the pool is currently closed for the winter season and will reopen early spring.
When open, the pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Please note that the heater is electric and once outdoor temperature drops below 65 degrees, the heater is less effective and the pool may not stay as warm.

Pool Rules:
Swim at your own risk as there is no life guard on duty. Never leave children unsupervised. No diving, running or horseplay. No glass containers in or around the pool area.
Please do not tamper with pool equipment (pump, heater or filter).
Please use pool towels only (located inside the basement bathroom)
