▪ Community Care & Noise: This home is the grand main unit of a historic 1950s 3-unit building. Because it is a character property, some noise transfer between spaces is entirely normal and should be expected. We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of heavy footsteps and volume so that everyone in the building can enjoy a restful stay.
▪ Sensory & Sensitive Spaces: To honor the environment and keep our spaces grounded, we use natural, plant-based cleaning products and essential-oil scents wherever possible. If you have any specific chemical or scent sensitivities, please let us know well in advance so we can ensure we can comfortably accommodate your needs.
▪ Allergy Note: While our property is now strictly pet-free, this home may not be a perfect match for those with severe animal allergies, as pets may have been present with previous historical owners.
▪ Strictly Smoke-Free: To preserve the historic woodwork and clean air, smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the unit or the building.
▪ Pet Policy: We maintain a strict no-pets policy to protect our linens and guests with allergies. A $300 penalty will be strictly applied for any unauthorized pets brought onto the property.
