Nice hotel near the centre of Azay le Rideau

Pros: See above.
Cons: TV only has French channels. It would be nice if BBC and CNN could be added.
Location: Lovely chateaux within cycling distance on pretty country roads - Azay, Saché, Ussé, Chinon,willow weaving co-operative at Villaines les Rochers
Well placed for cycling (or driving around the chateaux de la Loire. Private parking for cars and bikes. Large rooms unfortunately face the main road which is a bit noisy early morning, but we got used to it. Rooms at the back are quieter, smaller but adequate. Manager and staff all very pleasant and helpful. Good buffet breakfast at reasonable price.
