The upper floor boasts three good sized bedrooms, one king size, one double and one has a double and small double bed, giving max occupancy 8 guests in the property. You can park for 2 hours free of charge on the street then move to the nearby Charlotte Street car park which is chargeable and a short walk from the apartment, there is also free parking at Ayr Beach.
It is situated near the seafront that you can have a leisurely stroll along or take your kids to the beachpark or softplay area. It is also central to the busy town centre which has many shops, bars and restaurants and is not too far from the historic Burns Cottage and Burns Monument. There is also a large Morrisons within walking distance.
