GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.



THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.



PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, WIFI codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!



EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS



‱ If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

TRANSPORTATION FROM AND TO THE PROPERTY



* We can arrange a taxi directly from OR to Larnaca or Paphos airport. (extra charge)



* Guests can take a direct bus shuttle from Larnaca airport or bus line 711 from Larnaca center and arrive at the main bus stop of Ayia Napa Monastery which is only 4 minutes’ walk from the apartment.



* Public transportation such as taxis and buses are located in the center of Ayia Napa, which is just a four-minute walk from the apartment.



* Shared parking spaces are available for guests.

* Bus stop outside of apartment offering Quick & Easy access to Nissi beach, Ayia Thekla and Waterpark.

* 3 minutes walk to Plus Supermarket

* 5 minutes drive to the famous Konnos beach and 10 minutes drive to Protaras town center.

* Easy access by bus to Nissi Beach, Paralimni, and Protaras Center.

FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account.



FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.



ELECTRICITY

IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice:

We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits:



* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.

* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.

* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.

* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.

* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
