Located in the town of Eagle-Vail, this beautiful home is just a few miles from Avon to the east and about eight miles to Vail going west. Phenomenal outdoor recreation and a European-influenced town make you forget your location and totally inhabit your surroundings.

Regal and elegant, this upscale home has peaked ceilings with a line of floor-to-ceiling windows that will shock you with the views. The fireplace is wood-burning, the furnishings are leather, and the amenities are modern and luxurious, creating a truly unique experience. Entertainment includes WiFi, cable, a DVD player, and board games for young ones to enjoy.

The spacious eat-in kitchen is a unique setting with stainless steel appliances, black counters, and a modern tile backsplash. Extras include a slow cooker, a blender, a wine cooler, and a mixer. A dishwasher provides easy cleaning.

This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home that can sleep up to seven guests (four adults maximum, please). Head up the spiral stairs to the sleeping quarters upstairs: A master suite with a king bed, and a guest room with a full bunk bed and a twin trundle underneath. The sofa downstairs folds out into a queen bed of its own.

This home also includes a laundry room for additional convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
