Welcome to your luxury vacation home, where beauty meets comfort in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. A stunning open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and large windows framing the majestic mountain views greet you as you enter. Venture outside to soak in the scenery from the expansive deck, unwind under the stars in your private hot tub, or savor meals al fresco. With easy access to the slopes, community pool, and downtown Avon, this is the perfect mountain haven for relaxation and family fun!

This newly renovated home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms fully stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, there is a large secondary living area on the terrace level with two sets of bunk beds and a full bathrooom.

Our home lies within the gates of Beaver Creek with winter and summer activities including downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain biking.

There are 6 smart TV’s. Two on the main level, two upstairs, and two on the terrace level.

You will have full access to The Enclave Community Pool and Tennis court across the street, which is exclusive to the neighborhood, as well as the Beaver Creek Complimentary Shuttle Service which picks up at our front door upon demand via the Village Connect App. It is a quick 5 minute drive to Avon and 20 minute drive to the heart of Vail Village.

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with King bed and full sized en-suite bathroom. Bed is adjustable with remote. Located on the main floor.

Bedroom 2: King bedroom with full sized jack n jill bathroom. Located upstairs.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with full sized jack n jill bathroom. Located upstairs.

Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with full bathroom. Located upstairs.

Bedroom 5: Queen bedroom with full sized bathroom. Located on terrace level.


BATHROOMS:

There are 5 full bathrooms stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Two bathrooms are located on the top floor, a half bath plus primary en suite on the main floor, and 2 full bathrooms on the terrace level.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE:

The newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen boasts all-new appliances, making it a dream for any home chef looking to prepare gourmet meals for family and friends. Gather around the 10-person dining table for memorable meals, with 4 additional spots at the counter. For those who love the outdoors, enjoy al fresco dining on the beautiful patio table, all while soaking in breathtaking mountain views. This space is perfect for creating lasting memories over delicious food with the perfect backdrop!

TERRACE:

The terrace boasts a 70 inch tv with a large sectional sofa and plenty of space for large groups to spread and enjoy some relaxation. There is a queen bedroom with full bathroom and 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twin beds and 2 full beds) as well as an additional full bathroom.


OUTSIDE SPACE:

Step outside onto the expansive deck, where you can soak in the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you. Whether you're enjoying a meal at the large dining table or unwinding in the hot tub under a blanket of stars, this outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Fire up the BBQ grill and savor delicious burgers as you embrace the beauty of nature after a day filled with adventure.

Several days prior to check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included our suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.

Great House in The Enclave!

The house was perfectly situated just below the village. It was easy to get there and into Avon/Edwards. The house also provided lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax at the end of each day. The property manager was also incredibly responsive and really attentive!

Great ski house for families!

We had a great stay in this house with our extended family. Location is great and the hot tub with a view is really nice after skiing. Love the wood burning fireplace too! The extra bunks downstairs make this a perfect house especially for families.
