Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stone fireplace. This first impression sets the stage for a property designed to accommodate both relaxation and adventure. With direct ski-in/ski-out access to Beaver Creek Resort via Owners Ski Way and a private outdoor space featuring a hot tub and fireplace, this home caters to those seeking privacy, luxury, and ultimate convenience.
The main level includes a chefâs kitchen, designed with both cooking and entertaining in mind, and adjacent open living spaces ideal for hosting. Large outdoor patios provide space to take in uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains. From casual breakfasts to formal dinners, the dining areas, both inside and out, offer a range of options to suit any occasion.
The primary suite, located on the main floor, serves as a private retreat, with its own deck, a fireplace, and a spacious bath with mountain views. The upper level includes additional guest suites, each with its own thoughtful design for privacy and comfort. On the lower level, a bunk room with six beds and multiple additional bedrooms provide ample sleeping accommodations. This floor also features a recreation area complete with a bar, game tables, shuffleboard table, pool table, and access to outdoor living spaces. A separate movie room includes two four-seater couches, a smart TV, and access to a patio with a firepit.

- The fireplaces in the grand room and two bedrooms are the only functioning fireplaces.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
