This mountain home located in the EagleVail community has a wonderful kitchen, an amazing family outdoor area with a private hot tub to relax in.

Cleanliness and safety are a top priority. We use only white freshly laundered linens including the duvets for all bedrooms & bathrooms. We regularly test the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors so you know your family is safe.

The Community of Eagle-Vail, is a residential golf course community.
Local amenities include a community swimming pool, two golf courses, driving range, free putting & chipping green, tennis courts, pocket park playgrounds and national forest trails. Additionally, the home is close to the Eagle River (popular for fly fishing & kayaking). Enjoy bike touring on the trail system connecting Vail, Eagle-Vail, Avon and Edwards along the Eagle River and Gore Creek.

This home was wonderful for our group of six. Everything was clean and well appointed. 10 minute drive to Vail or Beaver Creek. The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. We also really appreciated the fenced in backyard and easy access to walking trails for our dog. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

Slopeside Life was so easy to work with on our recent rental in Eagle-Vail. Matt was so helpful and easy to get a hold of. The home was just as it was represented and had everything we needed. There was a nice welcome gift of the most delicious baked goods. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone had a place to sit and the beds were comfy. The outdoor grill was great to cook on after a long day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Fantastic Home with all The Extras

I truly cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. Prior to our stay we were given so many recommendations for restaurant bookings, ski rentals, etc. the location is absolutely perfect for getting to Beaver Creek or Vail. The home itself is tastefully, decorated ski lodge style, and the hot tub outside is fantastic for after skiing or anytime. The bedrooms are large the home was sparkling clean, and the kitchen had just about every appliance you can imagine including a blender. This place is perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Cozy convenient home

Matt’s property is everything my friends and I look for in a ski vacation home for our annual trip: cozy, comfortable and convenient. All amenities are as advertised, and the place was spotless. The home was well stocked with thoughtful touches like towels and silicon glassware for the hot tub right by the door to the yard! Speaking of the yard, my pups loved the snow and ample room to play back there. There wasn’t anything to complain about here: comfortable beds, phenomenal communication (thank you Matt for all your help) and an EV charger in the garage! And of course, the 5min drive to Beaver Creek cannot be beat! Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Homey mountain house

This place was really amazing for our thanksgiving staycation. The location was perfectly between vail and beaver creek had enough space for everyone and a large shared area and kitchen for us to gather. The property manager was attentive and helpful we would definitely stay here again.

Great home - Great area

Our family of five with three small children and our Australian Shepherd stayed at this lovely house. Everything went smoothly, easy check in with Matt. Home is very clean. Bed linens and towels all looked brand new! Great neighborhood area. Walked our dog along the golf course in the evening and our kids played in a small neighborhood park nearby. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. We will stay again and highly recommend this home.
