PENTHOUSE 3 BEDROOM UNIT at Hyatt Mountain Lodge

Available Saturday, January 7 (check in) - Saturday, January 14 (check out), 2023. As of now, I will only accommodate a 7-night rental that runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Enjoy this spectacular and rustic-chic 3 bedroom unit at HYATT MOUNTAIN LODGE. Located just steps from the European-styled Beaver Creek Village, this complex offers ski-in/ski-out access via the Elk Horn skiway to Lift 14 (ski out) and to the condo via the bottom of Lift 12 (ski in). The lodge's unparalleled location also offers skiers easy access via a 3-5 minute walk to Beaver Creek's main chair lift - Lift 6 (Centennial Express).

Our unit is located on the top floor - 4th floor - of the lodge and positioned with the best views of the mountain, as we had the first pick of the units when Hyatt Mountain Lodge was initially built. Hyatt Mountain Lodge also offers incredibly convenient ski equipment storage via the building next door, which sits ten steps outside the lodge's front entrance! Ski in, take an elevator up from the skiway, slip off your boots and walk a few steps into the lodge, grab some hot cocoa and head to the hot tub!

Hyatt Mountain Lodge offers convenient garage parking, heated pool, three hot tubs - adult, family and kids, media center that can be rented out for movie night, fitness center and a fully-staffed Hyatt with cleaning crew.

This 3 bedroom unit can sleep 10 people comfortably with 2 king-sized beds, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom and 2 sleeper sofas (1 in the master bedroom and 1 in the living room). I believe Hyatt Mountain Lodge allows for a maximum 8 persons for a 3-Bedroom unit. The unit offers a king size bed in the master suite with its own full bathroom with a shower and separate jetted tub.

The master suite also includes a sleeper sofa at the base of the bed that can sleep two. The second bedroom, adjacent to the master suite, offers two twins beds that can be pushed together into a king-size bed if desired. The second bedroom comes with a full bathroom directly across the hallway with a combination shower/tub. The third bedroom, which is situated on the other side of the condo opposite the kitchen and living room, offers a king size bed with skylight and its own full bathroom with a shower.

The living room includes a sleeper sofa/couch, table, kitchen table for dining that can seat 6-8, exterior balcony to take in the views, bar at the kitchen counter with two chairs, TV, electric fireplace and full kitchen. At the end of your ski day, you can relax by your fire, work on the Internet or just watch your favorite TV show on the flat screen TVs throughout the unit.
