For beach lovers, Avon is the perfect spot for shelling, walking your furry friend, swimming, and an evening bonfire. Take advantage of the charcoal grill, sun deck, and screened-in porch, great for family gatherings. Take advantage of the fish cleaning table, the ideal solution for cleaning your fish after a long day on the water. A concrete parking area that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles round out the first level. Trespassers W is within walking/biking distance to many of the local favorite hot spots and attractions. Avon offers a safe bike path along Highway 12. Vacationers with 4x4 vehicles can drive on the beach at open ramps with a permit purchased from the Park Service. Mid Level: The first level has three comfortable bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed, TV, and private access to the screened-in porch. Bedroom #2 offers a Queen Bed, rocking chair, and private access to the open deck. The 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin beds, perfect for the kids.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
