Top floor condominium is fully stocked with everything you will need to ensure your vacation is a trip to remember. Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom is a loft and has two queens and the 4th bedroom is a small loft with a single bed. Full kitchen, dining room and living room grace the remaining space.

Our beautiful condominium is only a minute from the entrance to Beaver Creek and about 7 minutes from Vail. Enjoy endless outdoor recreation opportunities using our home as your mountain base of activities. Our condo is right by Nottingham Park and Lake! Local wildlife is abundant so make sure you bring a camera. We are outdoor enthusiasts friendly. We have traveled all over the world, mainly to areas with spectacular natural environments and have received great hospitality. We hope to provide travelers and vacationers with all of things we value most in our accommodations when we travel. We have furnished the condo with all the items we use on a regular basis to support outdoor adventuring and great home cooking in order to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Feel free to ask us anytime about local activities which include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, skinning, snowshoeing, climbing, hiking, rafting, kayaking, dog sledding, jeeping, activities for kids, workout facilities, churches, etc. We would be happy to help you plan your next adventure. To help after your day in the mountains, we have a washer & dryer and lots of hanging hooks to organize or dry out all of your gear.

We are walking distance to countless restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Nottingham lake, park and beach, volleyball, walking and running trails are all close by.

You will need to climb some stairs to access the unit. There is a ramp up to the second floor and then stairs to the 3rd floor.

Free Avon shuttle goes right by the condo. You can take that or walk to Beaver Creek. Vail is 7 minutes away.

We love dogs here in Colorado and your pet is welcome anytime! However we do have a few rules for your furry friend to follow:
- Please have your pet stay off the furniture.
- Please clean up after your pet. Please bag all waste.
- Please keep the barking and chewing under control
- Please do not leave your pet unattended. Ever, no exceptions.
- Please keep all your pets food inside at all times. Lot of wild animals in the area.
- There is a $50 per pet, per stay, cleaning fee. This covers the cost of the extra steps our cleaning crew must take to ensure the unit is sparkling clean for our next guest. Please leave this on the counter upon departure.
