Enjoy a mountain adventure or tranquil escape at our peaceful and centrally-located mountain home, conveniently situated just minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. Here you will have easy access to world-class recreation and endless Rocky Mountain adventure (skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding, golf & more) with the convenience of nearby amenities.

-- THE LOCATION --

Nestled on manicured grounds right next to the EagleVail golf clubhouse, the three-level home offers two private decks with beautiful views.

Outside, a wall of aspen trees and lush grounds create the feeling of privacy, with the EagleVail golf course steps away, as well as walking access to EagleVail community’s summer outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts (*additional cost per person varies per season). In the winter, the golf course becomes a Nordic cross-country track. You can also explore the surrounding hiking and biking trails which lie just minutes from the property.

For a change of pace from outdoor adventure, you can spend time exploring Avon, Beaver Creek or Vail Village, with their array of shops, boutiques, spas, restaurants and bars. Grocery, pharmacy and other conveniences are within a short 10 minute drive.

Take advantage of two on-site parking spaces to explore the surrounding area.

-- THE PROPERTY --

An open-concept living area welcomes you on the main level with lofty ceilings, wood floors, and large bay windows overlooking the golf course with aspen-framed views out to the mountains. A full bathroom is located on this level.

A gas fireplace and large-screen TV on the main level provide for cozy evenings after a day on the mountain, while the adjacent deck offers an ideal outdoor setting for apres-ski with a wicker sofa, gas grill and gas heat lamp.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove and four stools at the breakfast and bar table to enjoy meals at home. You may also choose to dine al fresco.

Ideal for a couple or small family, the condo comfortably sleeps up to four guests between the primary suite and additional downstairs living room with a full-size Murphy bed that can be utilized as a bedroom:

The only room on the third floor, the primary suite greets guests with vaulted ceilings, rough-sawn beams, and a wall of picture windows. Guests have a wall-mounted TV, built-in custom desk with screen & keyboard, and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Lower Level
Full Murphy Bed
The sunny room, which can function as a den or second bedroom, mirrors the living area with a gas fireplace, large-screen TV, and bay windows. Glass doors open onto a covered patio with a charming porch swing. Guests utilizing the full-size Murphy bed have a private bathroom with a step-in shower. If needed, guests could also use the fold out twin sofa chair for additional sleeping space. Additionally, this living space has its own kitchenette, furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, making it an ideal separate space.

The condo has two spacious bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms. The host took very good care of the property, super clean, neat, tasteful, and functional. The location of the property is very convenient, close to everything, 10 minutes drive to Beaver Creek and Vail ski resorts. And the mountain view from any window is just breathtaking. Our family arrived late, driving from Denver airport in a heavy snow night. We were a bit lost. The host and the management office was super helpful and guided us step by step to safely reach the property. And we were happily surprised that the fridges were filled with free fresh bottled water. When we had questions about WIFI, kitchen garbage, etc., the host always quickly replied and helped us resolve any issue. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect for us

We were so happy with this property. The Master is upstairs. Lots of storage. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. The kitchen has a gas range. Loved it! Nice size refrigerator. Fireplace and outdoor area. Outdoor was difficult because it rained often and furniture stayed wet. Mother Nature. Otherwise the grill worked perfectly and the outdoor heater was nice when we were able to sit outside. Downstairs has a Murphy bed. Our guests commented several times that it was “very comfortable”. Kitchen area allowed guests to have their own space in the mornings. At night they had a fireplace and tv to enjoy a little time alone. The washroom was marvelous. Big washer and dryer. Hanging space for air drying. Storage throughout this property. We stayed in this property for 6 weeks. We will go back. Property Managers were very responsive when we had questions or need assistance. Housekeeping came while we were there as well. Great job. In addition my husband and I play golf. The clubhouse was about 50 steps away. Perfect for us!!

We truly enjoyed this condo tucked away on the golf course. It's perfectly arranged. The linens are nice. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's nice to have a full bathroom in every floor. It's also centrally located. We have had a great time and will be back.

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was comfortable and had everything I needed for cooking. Our college girl loved having her own space on the lower level. Location was great! A quick drive to Beaver Creek or Vail. Both the owner and local contact were great and quick with responding to messages.

Perfect Location

We had a great time at this condo. It is perfectly situated between Vail and Beaver Creek Village which gave us the opportunity to enjoy both locations. Condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a spacious accommodation in a nice community. Only caution is, when posted it says no pets. Upon arrival there was dog hair on the couch. Not a huge deal for us but would be if you're allergic to pet hair. Property Manager was very responsive in a timely manner. Overall it was nice stay and is recommended.
