New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Welcome to Grand Banks #123! Located just steps across the street from a boardwalk to the beach, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beach home offers spectacular ocean views, spacious rooms, and a large great room perfect for entertaining your whole group.

Two bedrooms on the first level of Grand Banks have sliding glass doors to a deck. All have TVs and connected bathrooms.

The upstairs great room is perfect for the whole family to eat, relax, and have fun together. The kitchen is well-equipped with tools, appliances, and dishware to prepare your favorite meals. There is a breakfast bar and a dining room table. The wet bar, large TV, and access to the ocean-view sundeck make this an easy place to entertain your party throughout the week.

The 'Sandpiper Nest' extension was made by converting the screened porch into a lovely bonus room. The room's amenities include a 48-inch smart TV with a DVD player.

You'll find a hot tub on the first level deck and a propane grill on the top deck for cookouts in Grand Banks style. High-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, USB outlets on both floors and an outdoor shower are just a few additional conveniences that will help make your stay as relaxing as possible. Another great benefit is that beach access is just across the street, and the grocery store is just a short walk away.

The next time you are ready to take a Hatteras Island getaway, Grand Banks awaits you. Located in one of the Island's premier neighborhoods, this vacation escape offers everything you need for a utopian vacation.

Great House with nice beach access

The house was as advertised. The rooms were spacious, my boys especially loved the bunk beds and my daughter loved the "mermaid room". The hot tub was great and the beach was very close and easily accessible. The property management was prompt in answering our questions and the property was nice and clean.

This home has wonderful views of the ocean and has very easy access to the beach. The home is also very well equipped with enough dishes, chairs, seating, etc. to make this home completely comfortable for the number of people allowed in the house. The spaciousness of the house is also a big plus with many inside places and decks to curl up on and read a good book. We had a lovely stay. Great house

The house was great for our family. Plenty of room to be together or spread out! Great deck, well stocked kitchen, and a great overall location. The beach access was across the driveway and the community pool a 2 min drive away. We only used the pool twice. It’s a nice size with plenty of chairs around. It’s just at the back of a business, located next to parking lot. Grand Banks is across the street from a shopping area with several dining options, shopping, and the Food Lion.

Special K`s was a great property for the money! It is oceanfront, but far enough back that it is protected by a large dune and back dune area. The pool and decking are great as they provide many shaded areas and also areas to sunbathe if you desire. We never rent a house without an elevator anymore and the one in this house worked great! This home is well maintained and fantastically clean. We have issues with mold and cleaning products, so if strong scents or mold is present in a home, we can`t stay there. Keeping mold out of a beach house is difficult given the humid environment, but this house is so well maintained that we are confident we can stay there. This was our third stay and we will return! Family vacation

It was difficult to get cleared to move in. Ceiling fans needed cleaning, chairs on room deck needed to be replaced. Handle on refrigerator was broken. Need gate for upper deck stairs for infant safety, no toilet holder in downstairs bathroom. We did enjoy the location & having access to beach across from house.

Very nice rental/vacation. Would stay again. Some comments would be this rental could use a WiFi update. Add extenders or a new device. Weak/ intermittent signals on the upper floor. Assume the majority of renters take the exterior deck steps from the pool/shower to the 3rd floor deck. A wood/concrete walkway to the steps would be nice to avoid the sand. Had a wonderful week with my mom, sisters and cousin. The alarm system went off at 330 am and the property manager came right over! It went off a couple more times but they were quick to arrive and troubleshoot the issue. While the jets in the hot tub didn’t work well, we spent the majority of the time in the pool, which was perfect! We went kayaking off the dock out back. The kitchen was stocked with all our needs, the refrigerator on the first level was great, only recommendation would be to add a bathroom on pool level.
