Relax on the private patio by the 12th green of the EagleVail Golf Club at this 3BR/2.5BA rental! The enviable location is within a short drive of world-class skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. In summer, hike lush trails or relax on the beach at Harry A. Nottingham Park.

The three-story floor plan offers plenty of space for group fun and quiet privacy. Highlights include vaulted ceilings, comfy furnishings, and a serene primary suite. The private garage provides covered parking and ample storage for outdoor gear.

LIVING AREA

The impressive 65” TV sets the scene for home movie nights. Plush seating options include a large sectional and two comfy recliners. .

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. Perch at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers.

Share festive meals around the table for eight in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests in three bedrooms.

Occupying the entire third floor, the primary suite offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds, while the third bedroom holds two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Dine alfresco at the table for four on your private patio. The impressive view includes the majestic mountains and the pristine 12th green of the EagleVail Golf Club.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for three cars, with one in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is not available.

The fireplace in the living area is not operational. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Access to the front door is via six exterior steps.

THE LOCATION

Located between two top ski resorts, this rental makes it easy to embark on new alpine adventures every day. Travel 4 miles to Beaver Creek or 9 miles to Vail.

Golfers will appreciate being just 1 mile from the first tee of the EagleVail Golf Club. On sunny days, enjoy a rewarding hike on the EagleVail Trail (0.6 miles) then lounge on the sand at Harry A. Nottingham Park (3 miles).

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable and Spaceous

We had 6 people and there was plenty of room to spread out. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms (a small one off of the laundry room). The kitchen was well-stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The place was clean. Great location for skiing -- about halfway between Beaver Creek and Vail. No complaints. I would definitely consider renting this unit again if we return to the area.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time in Eagle Vail this past New Years week. The owner was so nice and the property had everything you could possibly need. It was literally about 5min to Beaver Creek and maybe 10 to 15 from Vail situated in between. We were presently surprised with the size of the property and the views were stunning. Everyone in our group had space to lounge around when we got back from skiing and the kitchen wall fully equipped with everything you needed to prepare meals. I would definitely return every winter if the property is available for our dates. Ramirez Family

Great location and clean and comfortable!

Very spacious rooms and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed the trails behind the golf course. Great views - sunrises and sunsets. Very pleased with our stay. Even though it was during the summer and there is no air conditioner (we are from Texas) the place was cool enough once you opened the windows.

Great Location and Large Enough for all of us.

We had six guys in the group and we were all looking to have our own bed so this house was perfect. Literally 3-4 minutes from Beaver Creek and less than 10 from Vail. There is a Walmart real close, so we shopped for food and could run to the store if we needed anything. The only thing it needs is a hot tub for after a long day of skiing...otherwise, it was great. Hopefully, we will be staying there again.

Family oriented

My husband and I stayed here for a week. He skis and I do not. Daughter, son-in-law, and 6month old grandbaby spent a couple days with us as well. This was the PERFECT home for us...because I could walk the groomed trail (which runs in front of the house) with my granddaughter in her sled, and everyone else skied. (lift tickets are VERY expensive though!) Home set up perfectly for sleeping and privacy with masterbdrm on top floor, and twin beds on basement floor. Kitchen well equipped (great because going out to dinner with a baby is impractical and reatraunts are expensive!) Owners responded to any questions immediately. We have stayed in a HomeAway in Eleuthera (Bahamas) before, and the owner lived in the unit above. We can compare our experience in Beaver Creek with Eleuthra and honestly say there IS no comparison!! This home afforded privacy, safety, and good communication with the owners at all times. A wonderful value!!

Super Comfy and clean

We had a great stay at this property. We weren't sure about being this distances from Vail but it worked out great. This duplex has dated furnishings etc BUT it is SO comfortable and we could not have been happier. The kitchen is well stocked. We ate breakfast and one dinner at the duplex. Would stay here again.

Convenient, fresh, easy, good views

We've enjoyed our stay and although I haven't rented a vacation home for many years, I was surprised at how generous.... especially with kitchen items, the owners were. In the past I've experienced very barren surroundings...or older linens in other rentals....which is not the case here. Everything was fresh. It's obvious the owners use the home themselves and wish others to feel comfortable. The decorator colors and furnishings were were appealing, and we liked the layout of the kitchen, eating and living areas. The master bedroom-bath was perfect for my husband and me, while my somewhat tall niece took the bedroom with two single beds. However the bed was not quite long enough and she complained about her feet hanging off. .... Darn! My sister took the "loft" which is really a small room, and 1/2 bath behind the kitchen. It has a futon type bed and is perfect for children, or perhaps their nanny, and it has beautiful morning light. This home is convenient from the main road and has wonderful views. We saw people cross country skiing in the meadow and regretted that we hadn't brought ours! FYI...if you rent this property, know in advance that you can ignore the somewhat scary framed sign in the kitchen that states a number of house "rules", as those are intended for the owners' family. :) I was in touch with the owner by e-mail a few times, and he was quick to respond and very helpful on all counts. We would stay there again given the opportunity and highly recommend it?

Spacious Home Close to Beaver Creek

We had a delightful time staying in this spacious home and it really is close to Beaver Creek ski mountain - I think we clocked it at 3.5 minutes from pulling out of the driveway to parking at the mountain. We especially enjoyed the living area which has lots of seating arranged for family time, game nights, etc., and the well equipped kitchen. The spaces were pleasantly decorated, uncluttered and inviting. The owners are easy to communicate and couldn't have been nicer.

Perfect Location!

This property was perfect for our President's Day long weekend of skiing! It is perfectly situated between Vail and Beaver Creek. Incredible location and very easy to find! The place was very clean and had everything we needed - full equipped kitchen!! Plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out and could have easily fit more! Thanks for a great stay!
