Cozy up in this little Bird Haus nestled on the oceanside of Avon. Bird Haus is the epitome of a classic beach vacation, offering easy beach access (no roads to cross!), a nearby outdoor swimming pool, and lovely sunsets over the Pamlico Sound. With a new bench, the rooftop deck is perfect for soaking up the sun and stealing a few peaceful moments to rest in the wind. The screened porch below has been recently updated with new furnishings and decor.

The ground level greets you with a carport, a lockable storage area for kayaks and surfboards, a fish-cleaning station, and a utility room. There's a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well as a separate entrance to the basement, which houses the washer/dryer.

Inside, Bird Haus features a convenient, single-level floor plan. The open living area has recently updated decor and a 55-inch TV. The nicely equipped kitchen offers updated hardware and small appliances, as well as a two-seat breakfast bar that divides the kitchen from the charming dining area with a window-side table. Each of the two bedrooms has a Roku TV.

Conveniently located within walking distance of shops such as Fisherman's Daughter, OceanAir Sports, and Kitty Hawk Kites. It's the best place to relax in the breeze that blows through the tops of the Hatteras Island trees!
