The Space:

Tucked at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain in beautiful Avon, Colorado, this bright and welcoming top-floor condo is your perfect year-round mountain retreat. Whether you’re planning your first Rocky Mountain getaway or returning for another adventure, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo blends modern comfort with an authentic Colorado vibe - ideal for both relaxation and exploration.



Inside, vaulted ceilings and an open layout create a spacious, airy feel. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-through closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and access to a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway. The living area invites you to unwind with a reclining armchair, an oversized reclining sofa, an electric fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new, high-end appliances and flows into the dining area, where a large table makes meals and game nights easy to enjoy. Guests will appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as one reserved parking space (registration is required before arrival; please see the house rules).
