Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole townhouse, including a parking space. During summer, neighborhood amenities are very close, including pool, tennis, pickleball, golf course & driving range.
Note: there is a pool fee for guests if you plan to use it ($14 for adults and $8 for children)
Parking: Please note there is only one parking spot assigned to this listing (the other parking spot in the driveway is assigned to the adjoining unit). If you are bringing more than one car, you must park the second one elsewhere.
The Neighborhood:
This property is right on the beautiful EagleVail golf course. Great views surround you in Avon, CO and some of the best mountain activities in Colorado are just moments away.
Getting Around:
There are a few shuttles and buses around, but the vast majority of our guests get the most out of their stay by bringing a car - one free parking space included!
Other Things to Note:
This property is NOT pet friendly.
This property does not have air conditioning.
Long-term tenant occupies adjacent property so please be respectful of our neighbors! Please do not run dryer or play loud music after 11 PM.
TVs exist in living and loft, and are wifi-enabled connected to our 5G. There is no cable, but you can use your Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Spotify, Showtime and many other accounts to access your favorite content.
As is everything in Vail, parking is quite limited. You have 1 assigned outdoor parking spot and 8 shared community guests spots available on a first come first served basis. On peak weeks, this may become an issue to which exceptions will be made with owner and HOA. Contact me directly to troubleshoot should it occur.
Owner has a severe pet allergy. Under no circumstances are pets allowed at this listing.
