With four generous bedrooms, including a dedicated bunk room, two separate living areas, and a large entertainer’s deck, this is the perfect base for a holiday.



The Space:

Enjoy sweeping lake views from both levels of this beautifully renovated family home. A short, flat walk takes you to the beach, cafés, shops, park, and lake.



Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly into a spacious deck featuring an 8-seater dining table and relaxed lounge seating. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a Nespresso pod machine, induction cooktop, and oven.



The top floor features:

• A renovated three-way bathroom

• King bedroom

• Queen bedroom

• Master King bedroom with ensuite

• Separate media room with two workspaces



Downstairs:

• Large kids’ bunk room sleeping four

• Second living room with smart TV, fridge, and wine fridge

• Full bathroom and laundry with washer/dryer



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all of the property except for the locked cupboards and locked cellar.

Everything in Avoca is within walking distance from Surf Lodge, though a car is recommended if you’d like to explore nearby beaches or national parks.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool is heated, but the temperature controls cannot be changed; the extent of heating depends on the time of year and weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed, particularly through the Winter/cooler months of June to Sept. We will not have the heating active during winter, June to Sept.
