-The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
-The garage apartment is attached to the main house in which the owner resides full time. There is a separate entrance for the garage apartment. Owner in main house has pets.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. Sorry.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
