A weekend to remember!

Great spot to hang out with friends and play games. Perfect location to go to bars and restaurants. Incredible response time and recommendations from the host! As with any growing city, be aware of the homeless and you will have an unforgettable weekend in Austin!

We had an absolute blast staying here! We utilized the tables and backyard area a bunch, even with the rain. There were plenty of places to sleep, and Preston was amazing with responding and helping if we needed anything.

Great Size & Setup

The backyard was great, nice and simple turf with fenced in yard. Proximity to the highway was a bit noisy and there were some questionable people walking around, but with 20 guys we had no problem. It was a great setup overall, it worked well for what we needed. It would've been nice if there were some extra towels and floor mats for the master bathroom (sinks and shower). Overall, awesome place, and Preston was very flexible and easy to work with!

Location was great

The location was great everything is so close. Bring your laptops as there are no TVs in the bedrooms. The projector is cool but if I needed a break from football and video games I had to watch in my phone. No big deal you will mostly be out and about👍👍

Great for large groups!

Our stay was perfect for our bachelorette party. We had 18 people in the house and it was very comfortable - we never felt on top of each other. Great location and easy walk to bars. Preston was great and so accommodating, helpful, and communicative.

What a wonderful house! The location made everything so easy to access not to mention Preston is one of the best VRBO owners. He made everything so easy and his communication was amazing! Would definitely stay here again if we had a large group!

July 4th Bachelorette Party!

We had a group of 12 staying for a bachelorette. We had another VRBO property booked that cancelled on us two days before the trip and we were SO lucky to have found an opening to stay here instead! We absolutely LOVED it and it was almost a blessing in disguise that our other property cancelled. The house was just as pictured. Very clean and accommodating for all the people it slept. We were able to walk into the city most of the time which was very convenient! The host, Preston, was awesome too! We connected a bit before the trip and he was always very quick to respond. We had one little issue (our fault) while staying at the house and we messaged Preston about it. He drove straight to the house (2 separate times!) to help with the problem and get us squared away, so we were very thankful for his help! Overall, the best time in Austin and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Preston was a great host and was super responsive to all of my questions and messages! The house was HUGE - could have easily fit even more people than we brought with us! Great bathrooms, too. Very close to downtown/Rainey Street. Easy to get to/from the airport.

Great experience

Went with 13 friends on a bachelor party. The place was fantastic. Much bigger than the pictures. The bed situation was great, slept 13 of us comfortably and nobody had to double up. Location is perfect. Kitchen is big and open. Preston was responsive and easy to get a hold of. Overall great experience !
