DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. This property should not even be listed sure to its poor management. VRBO had to reimburse us because at check-in time 3:00 we had not received any information from the owner about how to access the property. After multiple phone calls and emails, we reached out to VRBO. VRBO tried to contact Adrian (property owner) and after multiple attempts on their side and still no response, we got a full refund and VRBO covered the difference for the last minute hotel we had to book. Adrian finally contacted us after 5pm but by that time we had already booked our hotel stay. There is NO excuse for such poor management on Adrian’s part. He should not have properties on VRBO if he can not communicate with renters in a timely manner. If check in is at 3:00 we should not have to wait until 5:00 for the entry code. We have rented multiple properties on West campus and have never had this experience. I can’t thank VRBO enough for reimbursing us and covering the difference for our hotel stay.

You should tell people up front that there is NO elevator. What if you are handicapped? The place was clean. Only 2 towels and no washclothes. Noisy Heat/AC units.

The location was perfect for us. Adrian was a bit slow to respond at times and often had incorrect information. The place appeared clean at first but when we spilled water and wiped it up with paper towels, the floor was extremely dirty. They are gray floors so you couldn’t tell. We wore shoes the entire time. The dishwasher must have been broken because there was a partly broken down pod and something else disgusting looking, the stench was awful. We kept it closed and hand washed everything. There was no kitchen towel to use, only one in the silverware drawer as a liner, which was not clean either, For the most part, we used paper plates and plastic silverware. If not, we washed everything before using. The dish soap container had mold in it, it’s the same kind we have so I knew how to clean it. The pots weren’t clean, one had charred food on it. The fridge looked new, based on the styrofoam packing still in it. It says it sleeps 3 but there’s no comforter inside the extra duvet found in the closet. We didn’t need it but noting for others. There’s were no coffee pods for the machine, it looked like a Kuerig but I didn’t see a name. I came very prepared, not knowing what to expect, and because of that, we were fine. Extra kitchen trash bag and mop/broom would be nice. Bring towels. I won’t post pics, not necessary.Now for the positives: it was quiet, no loud parties or people. The location is perfect for visiting your college kid. The couch and bed were very comfortable.

Location was good everything is close by, but disappointed in the “cleanliness” of the apartment especially when we are being charged a cleaning fee... It seems as if host just looked at the apartment and thought it was “clean” enough for next guest. Bed sheets were dirty covered in hair, shower had brown residue under bath tub mat as well as the floors being dirty. We also had to personally contact VRBO to connect us to the host for us to receive our check in information
