Getting Around:
Getting around the West Congress neighborhood in South Austin is convenient and flexible. For short trips, walking is a great option, as the area has a Walk Score of 74, making it very walkable with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. For longer distances, bike-friendly routes and public transportation are available, with bus routes connecting you to South Congress Avenue, downtown Austin, and other popular spots. Ride-sharing apps and rental scooters are also popular and widely used for quick and efficient travel.

• Please maintain a considerate noise level at all times, and be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11 PM - 7 AM daily.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
Pet Friendly:
• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.
Additional Service:
• Would you like a Pack ‘N Play crib and High Chair for your stay? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have it ready for you at no additional cost!
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.
4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
