You'll find unique shops and delicious eateries along South First Street. Often overlooked because of its close proximity to Congress, South 1st is an underrated district that boasts some of the most unique stores, bars, and restaurants in Austin. Getting Around:
The neighborhood is reasonably conducive to walking; many day-to-day needs can be carried out on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses close by. The bike is a good mode of transportation in this area. Moving around by car is straightforward in this neighborhood. It is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway and finding a place to park is quite easy.

Swimming Pool:
• Our maintenance team comes by every Monday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.
• Hot tub: we require 48 hours of advance notice for heating
Pet Friendly:
• Pets less than 30lbs. are very welcome at our home (maximum of 2 pets )
• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.
4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
