We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to Us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

SMOKING WILL INCLUDE A $1000 FINE

PARTYING WILL INCLUDE A $2500 FINE AND YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OFF OF THE PROPERTY BY THE POLICE.



Pets are allowed depending on size. A few questions and additional information. Will the dog ever be alone in the unit? If so we prefer that the owner brings a kennel. Please let us know this information before your stay and confirm prior to your arrival if you will in fact be bringing pets and how many etc. There are pet fees for guests who bring pets in addition to the booking reservation amount.



Pet fees are as follows:

1-4 nights $24 per day

5-29 nights $200

30+ nights $300



Interaction with Guests:

I will be accessible 24/7 for my guests either via phone or through the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. I give my guests space but available for your every inquiry.
