Step inside to soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and thoughtfully curated interiors.
The main living and dining area is spacious yet inviting, anchored by plush seating and a large dining table perfect for memorable meals. The chef’s kitchen boasts quartz countertops, premium appliances, and an oversized island ideal for casual dining or serving cocktails. Bedrooms are styled with hotel quality linens and calming dĂ©cor, while bathrooms offer a spa like experience with rainfall showers and luxurious finishes.

Outdoor Living
The backyard offers a private retreat surrounded by mature trees and lush bamboo, creating a tranquil, secluded atmosphere, complemented by a pool and fire pit lounge perfect for evenings under the stars. The outdoor bar and kitchen provide everything needed for al fresco dining and entertaining, with multiple seating areas to enjoy both sun and shade. Above it all, the roof deck offers a grass lined oasis with a soon to be completed stage and outdoor movie theater for the ultimate open air experience.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, pool, roof deck, and outdoor amenities. Private parking is included, and check in is effortless with a secure smart lock system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your convenience.

Located just minutes from downtown Austin, the home offers quick access to live music, award winning restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. It is also family friendly and stocked with essentials for those traveling with children. The open layout and inviting outdoor spaces make it an excellent choice for small gatherings, with prior approval required for events. HOUSE RULES

Rule number one: Have fun!

We have no minimum stay on weekdays.

Friday and Saturday in April 2025 are fine for single-day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.

Occasionally, there is a 3-night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). However, that isn`t very often, and we can be very flexible about it, so check in with me.

We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs. Please feel free to message us with any special requests, questions, or potential exceptions to the house rules before booking. I`m happy to try to work with you.

Please no smoking of any kind in the house. Smoking anywhere outside is fine. Of course, please do not leave behind any cigarette butts on the ground.

No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.

We love pets, and your furry family members are usually extremely welcome, but please check with me first so we can be best prepared

This is a great place if you are hosting a gathering. We had a large family Christmas dinner here and there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen cooking/serving/plate settings are a bit slim so catered food and disposable ware is best - that is what we did. The host is very responsive and takes all concerns seriously. The renters before us had concerns and the repair man was finishing up when we arrived. He was very pleasant and wanted to make sure he communicated with us as well as the owner so that everyone knew what was what. The repairs were minor and concerned the pool which we did not intend to use. It was nice to see a host take a concern seriously and act immediately. The cleaning staff is also very friendly; we exchanged greetings on both ends of our stay.

The property had serious condition issues that were not reflected in the listing. We found evidence of active rodent activity in the kitchen overnight, including food that had been eaten through and feces left around the food. Carpet in the living room was covering holes in the floor. The pool was dirty and unusable. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The dryer contained another guest’s clothing. The driveway was torn up and the property overall was poorly maintained.We did not sleep at the property. We used it for a family dinner and left.Note That said, the management company responded promptly, was genuinely apologetic, and issued a substantial refund without resistance. They handled the resolution professionally.If you are considering this property, go in with eyes open about the current condition. The management team will make things right if something goes wrong, but the property needs significant attention before it lives up to the listing.

Lynn and Emily were great. Denied by another platform for my reservation but Vrbo accepted me right away. The host were very fast with replies. Communication was great all the way from pre booking to after checking out. Check in is at 3 P.M.. I arrived around 3:30 and the cleaners we’re still there. So the floors were still very wet. I love how they don’t expect for you to do any chores during checkout so you can enjoy just relaxing. The house is beautiful. My friends were really excited and said that this house is amazing for the price. It was unfortunately storming really bad so I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities of the backyard but overall great experience.
