Play PICKLEBALL, BASKETBALL on the court, or VOLLEYBALL in the pool, cornhole, disk golf, and board/card games.

My family had a wonderful time at this location. There was something for all ages! The grill and firepit were a big hit with the adults and the basketball and pickleball court kept the kids entertained. I could not have asked for more!! We will definitely book this again.

This property has fantastic outdoor spaces, with a heated pool, hot tub and sports court (with pickleball and basketball). And, covered seating areas, with a TV. Also, a solo stove for fires. The guest house worked perfectly for a couple with an 17 month old. The large dining table in the main house was great for our large family.

The house was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our group of 16. We had a great time and really enjoyed the amenities of the house. The owner, Cristina, was very helpful and communicative, and the most accommodating owner I’ve rented with.

Unforgettable Getaway

To start off, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated to all our needs. The home was just as pictured, with so many fun activities that me and my husband and our group of friends never got bored, it was such a spacious yet peaceful home. We are so happy that out of all the homes, we chose this one. There was more than enough beds and space for our group, if we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve. We 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back! :)

Best staycation - even though we came from out of town!!!

This trip was all about hunkering down with family to celebrate and spend quality time with each other. About 14 of us gathered from across the country to celebrate grandma's birthday! And this property didn't disappoint! We didn't want to go anywhere and it had everything we needed. Our teens played so much on the basketball and pickleball courts, the younger kids enjoyed the pools, and the adults had a hot tub and lots of relaxing hammocks to spend time in. It felt like it was only us for the weekend, we could spread out and come together for games and meals and any other time. The hosts were fantastic, always communicating in a timely manner and providing lots of recommendations when needed. If you are looking for a large property that allows your family to spend quality time together - this is it!

Attending wedding in Georgetown, family could enjoy the different activities supplied at this house. Outside TV for football games, pool, hot tub and the pickle ball court was a real hit. 15 minutes from downtown Georgetown was so helpful to attend wedding.

Fabulous family retreat destination

My husband and I hosted a family weekend for our 4 kids, their spouses/partners and 3 grandkids. This property was the perfect space for us to gather and celebrate our family. One of our daughters was married at The Milestone - Georgetown and this property served as our home for the long weekend. The house layout fit our family needs perfectly. Family fun!

The property was wonderful. We had plenty of space to spread out which was important since there were 14 of us. Or group enjoyed all of the amenities including pickleball, basketball, the pool and the hot tub. The hammocks were perfect for an afternoon nap. And the bedrooms were comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

Cristina and Fernando were amazing hosts! House is well taken care of and has all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Location is far enough from the city proper that you forget there are neighbors, but close enough that you can make a trip in if you need. Will 100% book again.

Fantastic country escape in the city

We stayed at this beautiful property for a family weekend gathering. Everything was wonderful. The property and grounds were beautiful and offered a true getaway right in Georgetown. The acreage lots are stunning hill country. The house was veer well appointed and the owner, Cristina was extremely accommodating and available!

Georgetown Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO in Georgetown. We have been to Austin, but did not realize how beautiful this area would be. The house was a perfect fit for our extended family. Although almost half of our party was unable to make it, the house certainly was set up to accommodate a large group. We were delighted to find such wonderful touches, such as, snacks, board games, outdoor games, and all the kitchen items we needed to cook. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of everything this area had to offer. There were so many deer present on the property, which really delighted everyone. We loved the casual and relaxing outdoor area. It really worked for all of us. Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating to our family. We highly recommend this home for larger families.

Wedding weekend

My daughters venue was Kindred Oaks, just a ten minute drive from this spacious home. It was the perfect place to host the rehearsal dinner, plenty of seating with the extra large dinner table. It has a large back yard with plenty of space for the kids to run the wiggles out and games for all of us to play. We grilled and the men got to watch a baseball game on the backyard TV, as we got to know each other. The mother-in-law house was a perfect bridal suite for my daughter and her friends to get ready in privacy. There is a great hot tub and a pool with pool towels. Don't think twice about this house. It's perfect for a large gathering.
