Inside, vaulted ceilings and warm finishes create a welcoming backdrop for gathering. The main living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and a large TV, while the dining area and modern kitchen make shared meals effortless. Step outside to the deck, where outdoor seating for seven and a dining table for six set the stage for breezy alfresco evenings under the Texas sky. To make hosting easy, the home also includes eight folding tables and twenty folding chairs that can be set up indoors or out, giving your group plenty of flexibility for dining or event-style gatherings.

Entertainment abounds in the dedicated game room, complete with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, arcade classics, and even a basketball hoop — guaranteed fun for guests of all ages. Grab a workout in the fitness room, which includes an exercise bike, pull-up/dip machine, free weights, and dumbbells.

With five bedrooms and space for up to 18 guests (4 in the main house & one in the casita), everyone will find their own corner to relax. The primary suite features a king bed, trundle bed, sleeper sofa, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen, twin, and bunk setups, while the detached casita creates a private guest haven with its own bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen — ideal for anyone seeking extra privacy during their stay. Four full bathrooms ensure plenty of convenience for larger groups.

Thoughtful amenities enhance every stay, from two sets of washers and dryers for effortless laundry to a dedicated workspace for productivity. Guests with electric vehicles will also appreciate the Level 2 EV charger, which supports both J1772 and Tesla formats.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note, pets are not allowed in the primary bedroom.

Parking Details:
- Ample off-street parking is available on the property, with space for at least 6 cars.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
