Lago Vista is a small town with numerous shops and restaurants you can visit we are just 10 min away from the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge.

There are tons of parks and local things to do some of our favorite include:

Lake Travis, is within 1 mile either direction and walking distance. The Emerald Boat Ramp, Lago Vista Boat Rentals (great for boat rental) Cody Park , Lago Vista Golf Course, Arrowhead Park, Bar K Park, Arkansas Bend Park , Flat Creek Estate Winery & Vineyard , The Grille at Highland Lakes , The Bunker Bar and Grill.

You can also take fun day trips around the city, located ~30 mins to Cedar Park, ~50 mins to downtown Austin, ~45 min to the Domain shopping center, and ~45 min to the Round Rock Outlets/Georgetown. 1 hour to the Austin International Airport.

You will be provided a smart lock key code a day ahead of check in time.

You will have private access to the home during your stay. The Garage is where we keep all our supplies and it is locked to guests.

You will also be provided with a key card and guest passes for access to the neighborhood parks, boat ramps,, and other facilities.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require guest access to the neighborhood amenities and we will provide you with guest passes.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been set up solely for Short term guests like you! We have tried to think of everything to make your stay fantastic!

The Living room is open to Dining and Kitchen has plenty of Comfortable seating , Large Windows ( watching the wildlife is amazing from here) There is a wall mounted HD4K Smart Tv with Local Cable as well. We have stocked the home with Board and card games as well!

The Master bedroom has King bed, HD 4K Smart Tv with Cable , large dresser and personal bathroom, this bathroom has a large soaking Tub and separate shower. it also has access to the back patio with seating area to relax.

The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, HD Smart Tv with Cable, and a dresser for your belongings.

The Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. and plenty of space to play!

In the Kitchen you will find Like new Stainless Appliances , plenty of pots, pans and cooking / eating items. You will also find a stocked Keurig Coffee station.

Need to work just a little while on Vacation, We have you covered, Office with Desk, light and plenty of plugs, and High Speed WI-FI are ready for you!

Laundry? We have FREE Washer / Dryer in the home for your use.

Outdoors we have a small Charcoal grill and outdoor furniture!

You will want a Car to get to places locally, that being said we have seen lots of people with gulf carts enjoying the area as well!

Pet Rules:

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing any pets as we allow pets with a flat $50 fee per stay. ( this fee go's to our cleaning crew for the extra time spent cleaning)

Additional charges will be billed for any damages or deep cleaning needed due to your pet. Please keep your dogs on leash at all times when outside as there is no fencing in the yard and homeowners will not be responsible for injuries to pets or humans while on the property. We hope you and your furry friends enjoy the stay!
