Our beautiful two-story home is minutes away from Downtown Round Rock and few miles from central Austin. We are close to everything including shopping, and entertainment such as H-E-B, Round Rock Outlet, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resorts. What makes our home so inviting is the location, the modern décor, the outdoor space, and ease of access to all the major highways. No matter your reason for visiting Austin, whether it be business or leisure we offer all the comforts of home.

Our four-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience for just about any guests looking to visit Austin. The home has a large relaxing loft with plenty of seating. There is also an outdoor balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Our modern kitchen has all the necessary kitchen items needed to cook a wonderful meal and what’s Texas without barbeque, well we have that covered also just head out to the backyard and fire up the grill. Once back inside unwind and watch a movie on our 55-inch Fire TV. Lastly feel free to fall asleep in one of our seven comfortable beds.

Our guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding areas which include a community pool, walking trails, playground and basketball court. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.

There is also additional parking available in addition to the two-car garage.

We can be reached at anytime via phone, text or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that don’t hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Great house

We were in Round Rock for my granddaughter’s volleyball tournament and this house accommodated 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children perfectly. The house was very clean. The owner was very responsive to my texts. Great location with easy access to freeways. The only negative is that there really wasn’t enough seating in the living room or in the loft upstairs, as well as around the table in the kitchen. The kitchen table only had 3 chairs. If we ever go back to Round Rock, I would consider staying there again.

Pros Host are very responsive House close to highway Fully stocked kitchen including seaaon and coffee Detergent for washing clothes is available Cons Beds are very hard, I felt like I was sleeping on a pool table. If you are over 40 bring a mattress topper Although it sleeps a large group there isn't a large area for everyone to sit There are several things that needs repaired or replaced. The carpet is very dirty. It's odd that it's so dirty because you aren't allowed to wear shoes in the house. Toilet paper holders in 2 of bathrooms are broken and would fall when using it. The house could use a good deep clean and paint. There are stains on the walls from wear and tear.

Absolutely Comfortable!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Complete with all the necessities anyone would need to feel right at home! The only downside was that it could use a few you chips….dirty walls, broken bathroom doorknob upstairs and very short toilets that were uncomfortable for my elderly mom. But those things are minor and can be eliminated with proper research before booking. We would definitely stay again if traveling without my mother.

Highly recommend this property! Had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable quiet stay. Only thing I would recommend is a few games for the guest to play. Also would have enjoyed televisions in the bedrooms. No complaints at all though on our end. Thanks for a great time!

Good location

We took this rental because it was halfway between the 2 families we were visiting and it looked nice and in a good community. We didn't get to enjoy what the house looks like from the front and the yard and such because we were busy and we always entered from the garage. Once you get used to the Texas U-turns, you are in good shape. Groceries, Starbucks, Malls Walgreens etc... everything was close. I had to make 2 cakes over our holiday. I would update the bowls and cake pans in the kitchen but otherwise, we had everything we needed and a great pair of scissors to wrap Christmas presents!! Sometimes its the little things- and this place worked perfectly for us.

The property has a great setup with the master on the first floor and the rest of the bedrooms upstairs great for a large family. This was one of the best equipped rentals I have stayed at. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during my stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Home away from home

We greatly enjoyed our stay here and utilized every bit of the home. We had everything we needed for every day use and the hosts were very attentive and open for communication if we had any requests or questions or concerns. The home was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We had more than enough towels for the pool and showers. This home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Very enjoyable

The house is located in an unusual configuration (for me) but has easy access once you know it. It is roomy, large, and very pleasant. The owners keep it exceptionally clean, not allowing exterior shoes within the house. The kitchen has all needed items, even if a bit spare. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms were great. The owners are most responsive to any needs or issues you might have with the property. Importantly, the price was quite reasonable. I would certainly recommend the house. It was ideal for us providing good access to the golf courses we were playing..
