Awesome place to stay!

Great beds (we're bed snobs). The layout is different, but very functional, extremely comfortable, and a bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed the large yard. The only downside is that Lake Travis is a mess. Kat is good to deal with and responsive, so we plan on returning. Thanks Kat!

Excellent Christmas Rental

We rented this place to visit family for Christmas. The owner made us feel very welcomed, communicated clearly, and overall was very pleasant to work with.The house is very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of different spaces to lounge around, and all of them were a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.Highly recommend!!

Hosts are Awesome!

We hosted our family Christmas at this home. It is perfect for a small party (10-15). The hosts outdid themselves decorating for Christmas. We did not expect this and it made our party wonderfully festive. The accommodations for the 3 overnight guests were comfortable but unique. Be sure to read the descriptions or contact the host for details. Lovely grounds and outdoor places to hang out. Great porch swing!

Cozy and quiet stay

We loved our stay at this cozy lake house! We were in the area for a family wedding the first weekend in December. We were welcomed with a beautifully lit Christmas tree, cozy Christmas music on the TV with a YouTube frame Christmas scene and the warmth of a nicely decorated home. The beds were very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. There was coffee k cups as well as Nespresso machine and pods which was so nice! We cooked breakfast and found all we needed to prepare it. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Best little house with everything you need

We loved our stay. Plan on going there again. It is about 10-15 minutes to stores, but we enjoyed being secluded. The yard is large and fully fenced. The kitchen was well stocked, living and dining room were large. Everything was clean and stocked. All we could ask for and more.

Our host was the best! Heard from Kat when we booked, before our visit during our visit just to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to ask if we needed anything. Super nice place and very quiet neighborhood but not far from everything!

Lots of potential

The grounds are beautiful- very private and quit. The interior is where we were unsatisfied. I think the biggest issue is it’s obvious the home is not being cleaned professionally. The restrooms were not up to par- especially the one on the exterior of the home. Lots of accumulated dust on the base board, and around and behind the toilet. In the room that is accessed through the exterior, under the bed I found an empty water bottle, and empty fruit crate, with a dried old blueberry still inside. That room has no closet, the only place to put your belongings away is the dresser. Well all the drawers had things already being stored. In one of the drawers, I found some women intimates
. The bedroom on the interior had a little more storage available, but it was very tight. I think the over all impression was you felt like you kicked someone out of their daily living space for the weekend so you could rent it. It wasn’t staged like a hotel , the home was not neutral... Half empty value size Shampoo/ conditioner and body wash were in both showers. They had new age decor over the doorways, which freaked my little girl out. And this may not bother many, but for us; we enjoy renting homes that feel clean and neutral like a hotel, while offering the space of a house. I read several reviews on the comfy beds, unfortunately that is not true. The mattress in the bedroom on the interior of the home, is lumpy and super unleveled. Bottom line, we wouldn’t rent this home again.

Secluded quiet property.

Nicely equipped and very clean property. Stay was quiet and we didn’t need for any additional features. Nice place for hosting a bar-b-que with friends. Highly recommend this place as a return to property.

A Nice Little Break

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and we loved all the lights on the trees outside and in the enclosed patio. There were some board games and it was great just to sit back and unwind. Thank you so much for making this quick getaway for our family so fun.

Highly recommend

My sisters and I booked this property for a quick getaway and it couldn't have been better. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; in fact we loved all the furniture. The large dining room table gave us room for both playing games and eating, and the couch and oversized chairs were comfy and roomy. Kat was friendly and responsive and actually offered us an early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated! It gave us that much more time to spend together. All 3 of us highly recommend this lovely cottage!

Peaceful Weekend Retreat

We were extremely pleased with our vrbo getaway. Although that leg of the lake was dry, we enjoyed the beautiful rolling hills on the porch swing. We were also pleased to sleep on a comfortable bed, and our hosts answered all questions quickly. We would rent this property again!

Perfect setting!

Gender Reveal of our first grandchild! Great open space. Too hot to go outside for very long but everyone was comfortable inside. Sitting on the covered porch that evening with the fans going was comfortable and so peaceful. We slept like babies on the super comfortable bed. Coffee on the porch in the morning was just as peaceful. If back in the area we will defiantly stay here again.
