Built in 1903 and thoughtfully renovated, Adina blends old Austin character with modern comfort. Expect personality, unique design, and the occasional quirk that comes with a historic property. This private suite sleeps up to 2 and puts you close to museums, parks, shopping, and dining.



The Space:

Suite 201 offers a comfortable, modern place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Ideal for a solo traveler or couple, the suite features a smart TV, a laptop-friendly workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

You’ll also have access to shared common areas in the home, including a communal kitchen and dining area plus an upstairs sitting lounge—great for a morning coffee or planning your day. Parking is easy with first-come-first-served spaces behind the house and additional metered street parking nearby.

• Suite 201: Sleeps up to 2 guests. Includes a smart TV and a laptop-friendly workspace.

• Bathroom: Ensuite to the suite with a walk-in shower.



Important Things to Note

• Shared spaces: The kitchen and dining area, along with an upstairs sitting area, are communal and shared with other guests staying in the home.

• Parking: Off-street parking behind the home is first-come-first-served with 6 unassigned spaces, including 1 accessible spot. Additional metered street parking is available. There are no assigned spaces for this suite.

• Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Interior cameras monitor common-area hallways only—two downstairs over the entry door and two upstairs (one over the back door and one above the lounge entry). There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or any suites.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Traveling with a group: You can rent an entire floor of Adina or the entire B&B for added space and privacy. Reach out for details and availability.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive you can visit the Bullock Texas State History Museum, the Texas Toy Museum and Arcade, and Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve.
