Step into comfort, curated quality, and thoughtful design at Whitetail Loft — a newly built, purpose-designed 550-square-foot custom tiny home in Cedar Park, Texas. Created for couples and small families, this serene escape blends elevated interiors, peaceful outdoor spaces, and high-end amenities, just minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions.

Every detail — from furnishings by Pottery Barn and Four Hands to kitchenware by Williams Sonoma and Cuisinart — reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and comfort. Whitetail Loft offers a warm, stylish home base that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city.


TWO CUSTOM TINY HOMES, ONE PEACEFUL PROPERTY


Whitetail Loft shares a quiet two-acre retreat with Whitetail Cottage, our second custom-designed tiny home, along with the owners’ private residence. Both rentals are thoughtfully positioned behind the main house to maintain peace, privacy, and easy access to shared amenities.

While the owners live on-site, your space remains fully private aside from sharing the driveway and select outdoor areas. We thoughtfully balance guest privacy with the natural layout of the property through fencing, landscaping, and a discreet presence to ensure a peaceful, respectful environment.

Curtains remain closed at the main house facing the pool area for your privacy.

8-foot wax myrtles form a growing hedge between the Loft and neighboring property. A fence separates the two custom tiny homes.

You may occasionally see the owners tending to the grounds, but your stay is designed to feel as secluded as possible.

Whitetail Loft offers the perfect balance of private relaxation and shared resort-style amenities.

Enjoy your own exclusive-use patio, complete with a private hot tub, a cozy fire pit lounge, a dining table, and comfortable seating — all thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful space just for you. As the sun sets, your patio becomes a quiet haven for evening soaks, fireside conversations, and unwinding under the stars.

During the day, explore the expansive shared backyard, where you can drift between the sparkling waterfall pool, on-demand heated spa, fireside seating, a hammock tucked beneath the trees, an elevated tree platform with a bistro table and chairs, and a gently swaying saucer swing. Axe throwing, cornhole, washers, and PaddleSmash are also available for lighthearted fun.


PRIVATE POOL TIME


Each day, both Whitetail Loft and Whitetail Cottage guests may reserve a private two-hour time slot to enjoy the pool. Outside of your reserved slot, you are welcome to use the pool if it’s free and unoccupied. If no one has reserved the time immediately before or after yours, feel free to extend your swim.

Pool Hours for Loft guests: 9 AM to 8 PM daily.

After 8 PM, the pool, spa, and backyard spaces become exclusively available to Whitetail Cottage guests, while Loft guests are invited to enjoy the privacy of their own patio retreat.

Spa Heating: On-demand heating for the spa is included with your stay at no additional cost.Pool Heating: Available during the colder months (November–May) for $125 per night, multiplied by the number of nights in your stay. (Example: Two-night stay = $250 total.)
