**Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 14+):**
* **Primary Suite (Upstairs):** King bed, lavish ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, and a private balcony with breathtaking views.
* **Bedroom 2 (Downstairs):** King bed with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
* **Bedroom 3 (Downstairs):** Two Queen beds with access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
* **Bunk Room (Downstairs):** Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, each with a pull-out trundle (sleeps 6 total). Features its own lounge area with a TV.
* **Office (Upstairs):** A dedicated workstation with a 43` TV and a full-size futon for additional sleeping space.

**Bathrooms:**
* Three and a half well-appointed bathrooms with modern fixtures. The primary ensuite offers a spa-like escape with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the private pool, spa, and yard. The only exception is the locked outdoor storage closets, which are reserved for owner use. Enjoy a seamless arrival with keyless entry.

We respect our guests` privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. We will not be present at the property during your visit. However, we are readily available via the messaging platform to answer any questions, provide local recommendations, or assist with any needs that may arise.

* **Pool & Spa:** The private pool is not heated. The attached hot tub is heated and available for your enjoyment year-round.
* **Fireplaces:** The indoor fireplaces are for ambiance only and are not accessible for guest use.
* **Televisions:** Please note the upstairs primary suite does not have a TV. A 43` TV is available for your use in the adjacent upstairs office.
No parking on the street. All vehicles must be parked inside of the gate.
