comfortable living areas, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, and room for your group to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The separate casita adds another layer of flexibility with its
own king bedroom, private bath, second full kitchen, and additional living space. A third detached building includes an office, gym, and game room with air hockey and foosball, making it easy to balance fun, downtime, and productivity during longer stays.
The bedroom setup works beautifully for larger groups. There are five bedrooms total, including four king bedrooms in the main home and a fifth king bedroom in the casita. One upstairs
bedroom also includes a twin-over-twin bunk, while the upstairs living room and casita add extra sofa-bed sleeping for flexible group arrangements.
Outside, the property opens up into a true Hill Country retreat. The private pool and hot tub create a resort-style focal point for sunny afternoons and laid-back evenings, while the fire pit,
