Modern home w/ garage, big yard, pool 4 mins away!

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Leander, just north of Austin. Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation so there is no shortage of things to do, from parks, restaurants, shopping and more, everything is still close and convenient!

This recently-renovated home was designed with families in mind. It features an open concept layout with a large kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV (Netflix, Disney+) and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and Smart TV. Kids will love the 3rd bedroom which features bunk beds, bean bag chairs and toys and books. A pack and play and high chair are also available. The home has a large, fenced backyard perfect for kids to run around and play.

While my maximum occupancy is seven, the home was designed to comfortably accommodate four adults and two children or teens.

During summer months (Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend), there is a public Junior Olympic size swimming pool just 4 mins away and I will reimburse the cost of admission, just send me a photo of your receipt!

Round Rock - 20 mins
Liberty Hill - 10 mins
Q2 Stadium/Austin FC - 30 mins

If availability allows, I offer early check-in or late check out for an extra fee of $10/hr.

Long Weekend Getaway

Cute interior - looks good in marketing photos. But the property was somewhat unkept outside with weeds growing in driveway and and on concrete surfaces. Inside looked nice, but upon closer look there was lots of dust, and dirt. The floors had lots of dust and hair around and under furniture. Ceiling fan edges were caked full of dust. Master bath shower floor was dirty and had mold around shower pan where the tile ended. Convenient location for getting on/off the highway - but the place could really use a regular deep cleaning

Beautiful Home

Overall, this is a beautiful home in a great location. Right off of 183A and was very close to the neighborhood we needed to drive to each day. They had several toys, games, and books that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. There is also an elementary school within a 5 minute walk if you have kids. The cleanliness of the home could have been a little better. For the most part, everything looked clean. My complaint is more I found several strands of long, dark hair on the blanks in the room with the bunk beds. In addition, the beds were an average comfortable. Both my husband and I had some back / hip pain sleeping on the bed.

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely updated older home. House has a nice layout if traveling with small children. Quiet neighborhood and check in was very easy. Only thing i noted was the grass was badly in need of mowing. We would stay here again when in the Leander area.

My only concern was communication with VRBO and finding information before the trip. I couldn’t find the property via the app. Otherwise, the process and the property was fine. It was very close to my niece’s apartment and in a nice neighborhood. Thank you!

Perfect for our Family of 6

We had a wonderful stay in Leander. The house itself was perfect for our family of 6. The neighborhood was quiet and very near one of our gym locations that we needed to be at. The bunk room was very kid-friendly and kept our littlest kids entertained with simple toys and books while we were there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make simple meals for our family. It was very handy to have all of the necessary soaps to wash laundry and dishes. Bathrooms were also stocked with shampoos and body wash. The snacks and goodies were definitely well received by our kids and just added a nice welcoming touch. Communication with host was great! We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again next year.

Clean nice home

We enjoyed our stay in Leander. On Saturday night and the neighbor was having a party that was a little loud but overall the stay was really nice. The home had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and towels. In the kitchen. There were basic dishes and cooking supplies.
