KITCHEN AND DINING
The gourmet kitchen is decked out in contrasting black and white, with a bold patterned accent wall, white subway tile backsplash, and quality stainless steel appliances. Preparing the family’s favorites will be a culinary adventure here!
The adjacent dining table for 8 sits underneath a uniquely contemporary chandelier. It offers an interesting juxtaposition of material elements with a weathered wood dining table and metal chairs.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The primary bedroom suite offers a serene respite, with modern furnishings, a comfortable king bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a TV. The ensuite bath features double vanities, another dramatic accent wall, and a tiled walk-in shower.
The two guest rooms each provide a queen bed, dual nightstands and lamps, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Outdoors, the tall privacy fence around the covered patio where you can enjoy a family barbecue using the gas grill and dine al fresco at the teak dining table for 6.
When the evening turns cool, sink into the bubbling jets of the hot tub and feel the last of your cares melting away.
The rear covered patio is surrounded by a 6 ft privacy fence. Inside the fence is a gas grill, outdoor dining and a hot tub. There is no access to the backyard.

Most of our guests drive to the property. A vehicle is necessary to get the best benefit from your Lake Travis vacation. The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA).
