Per Lumos regulations, we kindly ask for the following:

â A 7-year background check (BGC) for the main guest. (International guests are exempt but must provide ID.)

Please let us know how many guests will be staying when you book â or if that changes later on.
đ„ The guest who booked is responsible for everyone in the group.
đ« No unregistered or last-minute guests without prior approval.
đ” Note: An extra guest fee of $25 per person applies after the first 2 guests.
â Unapproved guests may result in a $25 per person charge.

We want everyone â including our neighbors â to feel comfortable.
Guests who cause disruption or damage may be asked to leave without a refund.
