The Space:

The Mellow Yellow is located in Travis Heights - one of Austin's most desired and unique neighborhoods, adjacent to the vibrant, creative area known as (SoCo) and downtown Austin. After a day or night of exploring you'll r return to a peaceful retreat. Enjoy the best of both worlds!



SWEET DREAMS Both artfully designed bedrooms feature Queen-Size Beds, Eco-friendly Memory Foam Mattresses, and High-Quality Linens. The Master Bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet and a desk. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, ample storage space,and designer fixtures. Towels and hairdryer are provided.



CHEF'S KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, and blender. The Galley-style kitchen with 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversation, games, or watching a movie while preparing a meal.



TRAVELLING WITH A PET? Please review house rules > Additional rules prior to booking. Please confirm if you will be traveling with a pet (including certified assistance animals) in your booking message. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night, will be requested separately upon confirmation of the booking.

This is NOT a fully fenced yard.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There‘s free covered parking for one vehicle and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.



Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area, Lady Bird Lake and a seven minute drive to downtown Austin.



Other Things to Note:

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.



Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request.



Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.



We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 25 years old or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.

- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. A pet fee is requested once the booking is confirmed.

- We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
