- Minimum smoking fee: $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- There is a garage for 1 car. Code will not be provided. Guests need to open from the inside. There is an additional space in the driveway for 1 vehicle. Please do not park in the grass.
- A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No parties are allowed.
- Streaming is available using your own accounts.
- Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Please feel free to take out the trash and place in the designated bins. We try our best to recycle! Please, no plastic bags in the recycling bins.
