- All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet building's verification criteria. (Guests to initiate cancel in such case to get a refund)
Additional Rules
We strictly enforce our house rules to maintain a high-quality experience for both our guests and other residents in the building. Immediate measures will be taken in response to any violations, including parties, large unauthorized gatherings, or smoking. Any breach of these rules will result in associated fees (minimum $1000 from the building) and enforcement actions, which may involve authorities and/or private security services that we have set in place that will take immediate action.
Please note, these policies are in place not to intimidate but to protect the experience of our everyday guests, ensuring their safety, comfort, and the overall integrity of the property.
If you have no plan on violating any of these policies, then you have absolutely nothing at all to worry about! We are on your side and here to look out for you!đ

đNO SMOKING ăSmoking indoors will result in a $500.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time-intensive process.
đ«đ NO PARTIES ă There is a $1000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. If the Smoke and Noise Detection device located in the unit is unplugged, there will be an additional fine of $250.00.

đ PARKING ă
All registered guest vehicles can be parked at any visitor spot.
Only one vehicle per unit is allowed in the community at any given time for visitors.
Do not park in reserved spacesâvehicles in reserved spots will be towed at the ownerâs expense.
If you choose to park elsewhere or have not registered your vehicle and your vehicle is towed, Host/Building is not responsible. Please contact your host for assistance.
đ· NO UNREGISTERED GUESTSă All guests must be registered for liability purposes.

â€A surcharge of $350.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory are scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
đŠ SECURITY CAMERA ă Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way that is found on the outer door frame of the unit. This is a stipulation and requirement from building management for our units, and the camera must be functional at all times. Any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking, and a fine of $500 is applicable. This security camera captures activity outside of the unit only.
Guests are not allowed to unplug the blink sync module and if they do there will be fines and they might be asked to vacate the unit
đ CHECK-OUT TIMES ă Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.

†A $50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am, as our cleaners are on tight schedules.
đïž GARBAGE ă Please make sure the Garbage bags are not leaking and are kept outside the door before evening (a trash bag shouldnât be left since the morning waiting for the next day pick up). Trash days are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 7pm-9pm
Garbage is not to accumulate in the unit and is not to be disposed of anywhere else in the building or community amenities.
đȘ & đȘLOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS ă Please lock all windows and doors if you are not home and upon check-out.
đĄ LIGHTS ă Please turn off the lights when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out.
đ SHOES ă Outdoor shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the unit.
đ RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY ă⊠Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48-hour notice MINIMUM before checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
