The condo is situated on Lady Bird Lake. Our one bedroom unit opens up for a poolside view. It conveniently sleeps five with a queen bed in the bedroom and a full daybed and a futon couch in the living room. The galley kitchen opens up to the living room, which also has a brand new large screen TV for binging your favorite shows. A wonderful launch pad for exploring Austin.

The parking lot is gated (we will send a code) and is free.

Guests will have the condo to themselves. The keyless entry makes coming and going a breeze. We live in the area so if there are any problems, we can help.

The condo is set on Lady Bird Lake so the trails are accessible and lead to Downtown. Walking out of the complex, you are in quick walking distance to some great eateries and coffee shops.

While there is so much to explore in Austin with a car, the condo is very convenient to both the airport and downtown. There are pathways that lead to the downtown area, but an Uber with be less than 10 dollars.

The pool is shared with the complex, so please be considerate of other guests.
Unit has direct pool access. Texas law requires children to be accompanied & supervised at all times poolside. Patio door must remained closed with children in the unit.

One dog limit. Must be potty trained. Weight & breed restrictions. No pets on furniture and must be crated if left alone. No Cats. $100 pet fee.

We want to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. Please be aware that bringing a dog without prior permission is subject to a $250.00 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.

No smoking or vaping. If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
