Summary:

This charming home offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious back patio perfect for gatherings, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. Situated in the desirable South Austin neighborhood, it is just minutes from Zilker Park and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. The airport is only 15 minutes away, and Downtown Austin is a quick drive.



The Space:

This house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for hosting groups. A private fenced in yard with soft evening lighting. Access to all the amenities including laundry, full kitchen and plenty of parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the B side of the house, backyard and the convenience of the B side driveway and neighborhood parking. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.



The Neighborhood:

The South Lamar neighborhood is highly sought after. Its location is perfect for all Austin has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful Zilker park.



There may be ongoing city improvement work in the neighborhood, including detours and rerouting. We appreciate understanding as we strive to enhance the community.



Getting Around:

Conveniently situated in South Austin! It is located 10 minutes to Downtown, this property is the perfect home to experience the vibrant Austin life. Enjoy quick access to world-class racing, concerts, and entertainment, all while staying in comfort and style.

If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment.



HOUSE RULES:

- Occupancy [ 7 ]

- Pets are allowed with a fee - not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your pet. $100 per pet per stay.

- Smoking is NOT allowed.

- Parties or events are NOT allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.

- Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the entire reservation.

- Fireworks are not allowed.

- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.



HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.



We kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a quiet and respectful environment during your stay, as our property is a duplex and shares a wall with neighboring residents. Your consideration will greatly contribute to a harmonious atmosphere for everyone in the vicinity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



We wanted to let you know as well that our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you.



As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink.

Weekend Getaway

We met up with friends from AZ this weekend and decide to stay in Zilker. This house was the perfect spot- great location/ neighborhood! It was super quiet, clean and it had everything we needed. To the bottle of rose and sweet welcome note, we felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, including coffee, cream and sugar! The host was extremely responsive and incredibly accommodating. It’s pet friendly to boot! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay.

Bar Exam lodging

Our purpose for using this property was because a family member was taking the Bar Exam. Needed a quiet place. The neighborhood was extremely comfortable and very quiet. Lots of young to mid-aged families who were extremely polite. The house was very clean, well kept and comfortable. Everything was just as set out in the VRBO website. Highly recommend if you need a safe place with little to no distractions. We were 3 adults and a pet and we had plenty of space.

Excellent house in Zilker Park, Austin!

Great clean home with room for our dog. The house is in a great location and nice neighborhood. Clean house in perfect condition and comfy beds and bedding. Use a keypad for the door so don’t have to worry about a key and off street parking right in front of the house. Loved our stay here. Exactly as pictured. Highly recommend.

A beautiful home!

We booked this house since our local Austin home was getting work done on it. First, the house is immaculate with everything you could need for a stay. Plus, the added thoughtful touches of coffee, and wine were much appreciated and needed! The whole house had more than enough room for my family and had a well sized backyard. There are quite a few great restaurants in the area--favorites are Loro, El Naranjo, Radio Coffee, Vera Cruz All Natural, Patika (coffee and breakfast), Snooze, and Picnik. Reid was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Definitely a beautiful home for a stay in Austin in one of my favorite areas in Austin.
