ENTERING THE PROPERTY: Past the front gate, a winding driveway leads you up to the main home, casita, fire pit, and childrenâs playscape that sit atop a hill on the 8-acre property.Â
THE HOME: The main 3BR homeâs open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area invites your guests to gather and enjoy each otherâs company. Large windows offer a peak at the back patio, yard, and southern vistas to be enjoyed. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal, including childrenâs dinnerware. A traditional drip coffee pot is provided along with complimentary coffee. The breakfast table has seating for 3 and the formal dining area has seating for 8. A laundry room is also available for guest use.
BEDROOMS + CASITA: The main home offers three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and shares the hallway bathroom with Bedroom Three. Bedroom Three has (2) Twin over Twin Bunk Beds. The fourth bedroom is located in the Casita with a Queen bed and shares the casita bathroom with guests using the Twin Day Bed + Twin Trundle in the Casita living room.

In order to maintain the quality seen in our listing photos and enjoyed by each guest before you, we have the following policies. Please read and carefully consider these policies before booking:
- This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy OR misrepresenting the number of guests in your group will result in the termination of your booking.
- Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 9PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
- No smoking inside the home (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes, etc.).
- No pets.
PLEASE NOTE: Our pricing accounts for the putting green being available ONLY for bookings with check in dates that fall in or after April / May 2026. No discounts or refunds will be given for bookings that check in prior to this date as this amenity was not included in the price paid.
Also, this 8-acre property is in a rural location and on top of a hill (with a great view). The last mile of the drive to the house is on a private gravel road. The driveway is also gravel and a bit bumpy and curvy - please drive slowly, especially at night.
