Getting Around:

Car is the best way to get around. Most places like shops, restaurants, and parks are just a 5–15 minute drive away.

Uber & Lyft work in the area, but wait times can be longer than in the city. Best for short trips or going downtown.

Downtown Austin is about 30–35 minutes by car.

Public transit is not available in this area, so we recommend a rental car if you're flying in.

The neighborhood is safe and walkable for short strolls, but not ideal for walking to stores or restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**



Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.



This is a fully private residence. Please note there is a small house right next to this home that we also run as a rental that may be occupied during your stay.
