One bed is located in the loft where you will need to climb stairs to reach and the other two are on the main floor.

Due to this space being next to a recycling scrapyard, there is a chance of noise throughout the week. We do our best with the nearby houses to enforce noise violations after hours but there is nothing that we can do about the early morning noise from the recycling scrapyard. This should be considered if you are a light sleeper, but please keep in mind we provide sound machines, ear-plugs, and eye masks. These are available to mitigate any potential disturbance, please keep in mind the scrapyard operates within regular weekday working hours.
While East Austin is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, it's important to note that, like many urban areas, there is a visible homeless population. However, it's essential to emphasize that these individuals have never posed a threat to our guests. The neighborhood remains safe and our property prioritizes security measures like locks and security cameras to ensure a comfortable and secure stay. We encourage respect and understanding towards all members of the community, and our guests' safety and well-being are our utmost priority.
