The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Additionally, for your safety this home is monitored by an exterior camera as well.

Additionally, please be respectful to all your neighbors. Any house rules violated below may result in cancelation of your reservation and fees.

2. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine
3. We have a very strict no pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine.
4. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean!
5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM â 8AM
6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest
7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel
