Four-bedroom, three full bathrooms. Nestled on one Acre in the heart of Downtown Dripping Springs.
Beautifully renovated home located in Downtown Dripping Springs. This home sits on one full acre that is fully enclosed with a privacy fence and gate. Located just œ a mile to Historic Mercer Street! Enjoy numerous restaurants, shopping, distilleries, breweries, and wineries. Grocery store is just 1.3 miles away!
This home boasts convenience yet is tucked away for secluded feel. The interior is very inviting with a feeling of home. New furnishings, high quality linens and mattresses.
When entering the home, the beautifully decorated living room is at your feet. Once you enter the living room, the spacious kitchen and dining room are at your left. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs.
Relax in the Master Bedroom on a King Mattress and en suite bathroom. Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with a Queen-sized bed. Final bedroom has two twin beds. There are two additional bathrooms. Two flat scree TVs for your enjoyment and high speed internet. For your convenience, this home has a washer and dryer. We also include a pack n play, highchair, and toys for the little ones. We are a family friendly home!
Enjoy the outdoors here. Take advantage of the entire acre this home sits on. Play corn hole, BBQ, roast smores and just relax!
We take pride in making sure our guest feels at home. We provide laundry soap, dish soap, dishwashing tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, creamer and of course spices for your cooking needs!
The home is cleaned before and after guest leave. We pay special attention to the details when it comes to cleaning. All linens are washed in hot water with fragrance free detergent that is safe for children and adults.
Our property manager lives nearby should you need anything. We offer contactless access to the home. Should you need someone to greet you, we would be happy to do so. Access to the home is via keypad.
We would love to have you stay with us. However, we do not allow parties or events, nor do we allow pets. Only guests on the booking are allowed on property and we are very strict on this.

Spacious property, but A/C issues from the start

AC in the main part of house was non-functional from the get-go - we reached out to property manager and was given You Tube videos back on how to control a thermostat. We slept with no AC and still woke up to the house being 79 degrees despite it "being on" all night. We tried contacting mnager again, but no response after 2 hours, so I had to contact VRBO support which got the ball rolling and we DID get a technician out quickly to repair it, but unfortunate that it started out this way, despite manager stating "we do our very best to make sure everything is running properly before each and every stay". Well, evidently not, as this was not working before we got there. Other than this, it was a spacious property and fit our needs. The rest of the stay was pleasant.

We were in town for a wedding at camp Lucy. This property was in a great location- only 10 min away. It is also close to a cute little historic downtown and another quaint town, wimberly,tx. The host was very responsive and helpful with many great suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Spacious lovely home.

This house is very spacious and close to all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping in the area. We were a group of 6 adults and enjoyed spending time together in the communal areas. We did some cooking while we were there and had enough cookware and dishes for meals. We would stay here again.

Excellent location!

We were in town for daughter’s wedding at Prospect House. This location was fabulous! The few things to mention are the bugs in the master shower and the lumpy pillows. Even with this, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
