Our apartment features two spacious and stylish king bedrooms, both with luxurious memory foam mattresses and custom, high-quality linens that will guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. The queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate two additional guests, and we provide extra bedding and pillows to ensure everyone is comfortable.

The cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. With a large smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating, our apartment comfortably hosts up to 6 guests.

Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can leave yours at home. Our kitchen is also fully equipped with all the basic cooking supplies you need, plus a coffee maker and coffee, so you can start your day off right.

One of the best features of our building is the pool, which is available for our guests to use. So whether you want to take a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing or just relax in the sun, the pool is the perfect place to do it.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the shared pool in the building. Free parking is available for two vehicles in the parking garage.

Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with a door code before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy access to the house.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $200 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

Situated near the University of Texas at Austin, the neighborhood in this part of the city exudes a youthful and vibrant energy. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
9) The elevator operation is controlled by building management, we can not guarantee this amenity

Weekend trip

The apartment has a fantastic location in that it is within walking distance to so much that Austin has to offer. It was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We had some difficulty getting into the garage at first but the host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly. The only downside were the parties across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. The host had provided earplugs so we were able to sleep anyway!

Very clean and convenient location!

We stayed here while my son was visiting the University of Texas @ Austin. Great location especially to see college life in West Campus. Unit location very close to garage elevator too. Clean and accurately described. Management was very communicative and all instructions very clear. Would stay here again in the future!

Good Value

Pros: The apartment was very clean, roomy and comfortable — and the West Campus location was very convenient. Cons: We had trouble with the access codes provided — the front door and garage codes had apparently expired and we never did get a functional garage code (we just snuck our vehicle in/out of the garage behind other cars that were coming/going). Not gonna lie: the common areas (halls / lobby) are pretty rough. Overall: really enjoyed the unit — just not a terrific experience getting in/out of it. But the price was right so I’d say a solidly good value overall.

Great Property

The property and management staff were wonderful, including the very convenient location. With the exception of the frat house music which was extremely loud until 3am and again at 6:30am on game day. Without the excessive noise the property would be near perfect.

Loved this property!

We came to Austin to visit UT and decided to book something close to campus. We loved our stay! The place had so much room and was located in a great location. The place was clean, very modern and has everything we needed. Super awesome host as well, very good communication. Hoping to come stay here in the future when we visit my son. I 100% recommend this rental :)

Fit the bill!

Our stay at this property was good. Clean, perfect set up to trip. Was close to downtown. Good parking set-up. Things to know...... The elevators did't work our entire stay. This is out of the renters control but residents stated it common that elevators go down. Second, this location is right next to college fraternities. They party! Neither one of these issues had a negative effect on our stay (except carrying the luggage) but these are things to know.
